      <image:caption>I am Katie Harber and I have 15 years’ experience at senior management level across many large corporate and public sector businesses, where I have developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in finance, business administration, human resources and project management.   During this time I have also completed qualifications to further support my knowledge and ability across all business functions:  PRINCE2 Project Management Qualification CIPD in Human Resources Management Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping Following the arrival of my second child I decided to take a career break and it soon became clear to me that although raising my children was a priority, I still had a desire to work. So I took the plunge and decided to start freelancing, launching my company Business Support Services.  My focus is to support companies and sole traders with any operational tasks, guidance or support they need.  I am pleased to say my business has gone from strength to strength over the last seven years, and I feel so fortunate to have worked for so many fantastic companies and been able to make a difference to them by providing flexible, quality, and cost-effective support services.  I really believe it is important to do what you enjoy and it gives me great pleasure to support companies and their successes, whilst very importantly, having time to be a mum, and care for my many animals!  I would be delighted to have the opportunity to provide your organisation with the support you need - this can be on a one off or a more frequent basis.
